A video before I knew of its actual existence.

My first recollection ever dream initiated lucid dream, or DILDS, happened on a Spring evening somewhere in 2001. I was focusing on the hypnagogic imagery of flashing red colors bursting before my eyes. I was focusing on it. The subconscious transformed into a evening scene of a freeway overpass and vehicles at the junction of a underpass road. I felt myself being drifted into this landscape. It wasn’t a paralyzed awake moment as in ASP. This happened in a lucid dream. The imagery of it was that I was floating inside the K-Mart store being pulled inside at night. The florescent nights were on. I knew that it was night and nobody was inside except a few young women. Their faces were very familiar. I had no real difficult in breathing like a panic during one of those Awareness Sleep Paralysis episodes. Anyway, when one of them told me to open my mouth I collapsed on the floor and felt this weakness overcoming my both arms like it was being covered with buckets of sand. My legs were also getting motionless. These women were giggling and began to pull my legs on this register counter. One of them gave me a gentle kiss on my forehead. I could feel the tactile of a lip gently applied on my brow. I had told them it’s too dark to pull out my wisdom teeth. The walls inside this dept. store was a beige color and the ceiling in a swirling motion, red/white candy cane wheel. One of these young females told me that I can’t go outside, whatever that meant. They didn’t look malevolent to cause me any fear. It was motionless for me. I however was able to look over my right shoulder and saw the outside parking light empty with the lamp posts lit, as well as the cars down the avenue with their headlights on. I knew what part of town I was in. This pull of my body suspended into a nowhere when this flash of white imagery flashed in my REM. Then I woke up as if nothing had happened. I didn’t record this on a dream journal, but I do recall the lucid dream vividly. Another lucid dream that followed one week later. It was inside a SOFT MACHINE music video. I was there being stared at with the eyes Kevin Ayers wide open . The image was not black n’ white in the video, “We Know What You Mean”. Rather it was a infra-red image. ”

The one I found was uploaded on youtube in December 2006 and has  been deleted as of April 2015. If there is one I can find via uploading, I will share and post it right on here. As of now, the type of experience regarding the video before I knew that came into existence at youtube is what is a form of precognition.

Projective Catalepsy

Projective Catalepsy.
Many of us who is still inflicted or was a victim of awareness sleep
paralysis may no longer accept the phenomena/paranormal sensation of
the inability to move during a SP attack as narcolepsy. There may be
other explanations to awareness sleep paralysis. The most common
scientific explanation is that ASP is triggered off by a glitch in
the brains mechanism. In other words,a switch that goes on and off
in this area. Since the birth of cognitive/dream behavior in
1954,researchers theorized a gland in the brain produces regulated
sleep hormones which is secreted to the neurotransmitters which
switches off a mechanism as part of the biological clock that
detects both night and day in turns gives all of us the period of
rest and when to wake up. Normal paralysis from the switching off of
the brains motor functioning prevents all of us from acting out the
Rapid Eye Movement behavior,or we would actually unintentionally harm
ourselves such as knocking into objects while we sleepwalk for
example.
It turned out from research, that there may be too much or too little
excretement that would allow the sleeper to suddenly awake during
Rapid Eye Movement or REM,finding ourselves unable to move,and those
hallucinations that are often associated with sleep paralysis. The
REM during sleep does find a sequence of dreams;/symbols that
signify a defintion of interpretations on the contrary of hypnogogic
or hypnopompic(postdormital or upon awakening)hallucination
experiences. There is also a fear of dying such as a presence
sitting upon the chest,that may indicate a entity or a spirit as a
belief by people with spiritual beliefs or a rational explanation of
sleeping related problems accordingly to the neuropyhsiological
apsects.

In general, people who suffer from narcolepsy usually have sudden
sleep attacks and excessive daytime sleepiness even if performing
pyshical activities. Narcolepsy is a life long neurological disorder
that impacts highly of it’s sufferer as there are treatment
medication as a temporary solution. Studies have found that people
in higher percentage with symptoms of sleep paralysis only,are not
inflicted with excessive daytime sleepiness or EDS as in narcolepsy.
The inability sensation to move in sleep paralysis related to Out-Of-
Body Experiences or OBE and astral plane is technically called
projective catalepsy. This is not the actual inability to mobilize
during an sleep paralysis attack. I figure why it is important for
us who are among the 250,000 people with this sleeping disorder to
know the difference between the “inability sensation” and
the “actual inability” during SP. Projective catalepsy is the
phenomenon that has potential to catalyze each of our own
extrasensory perceptions. In other words both the astral and the
physical body are not aligned.
I once had a rather strange out of body experience when I found my
astral in Israel dressed in commando uniform and I am sure it was in
Port Haifa because I could see crates on these enormous freights
written in Hebrew. Accordingly to my own body’s location,the
Mediterrenean Sea was on my left side which indicates west. It is
possible that with all that strife going on in this part of the
world,I was able to perceive a glimpse of a trouble country; and
that I was to obvserve with this ESP,a multidimensional nature of
the physical world. In the last two months I was able to astral
plane during a sleep paralysis sensation. Early last month for
example,I had awoke with the inability sensation to move. I did not
panic. The feeling was that I had successfully to drive myself out
of bed and taking these floating walks on the bedroom floor towards
the bathroom. Upon arriving across the hallway where the bathroom
is,I could feel the linoneum under my bare feet and looking myself in
the mirror. I could see myself making faces at it. Then suddenly I
felt this draft pushing me back to the bedroom,then I had awoke with
a blissful feeling. The other ocassion was the feelings of pressure
when both my hands were locked and clasped behind my head as I was
in the supine position. All I had to do was focus by mentally
focusing out of this paralyzed feeling as well as breathing deeply
through my belly button,also known as the naval region, and moving
both my digitus in my fingers and toes. The next thing I saw was a
appiration of both my hands moving up and down in a vertical motion
feeling free,and was still trying to break out of this paralyzed
sensation in the physical world. Moments later the freedom from
paralysis allowed me to mobilize myself.
Awareness sleep paralysis often accepted as a sleeping disorder when
you find yourself unable to move after falling asleep or upon
awakening. ASP is also a gateway to lucid dreaming,astral plane/obe
as a way to detour the side effects of the paralysis sensation.
Lucid dreams happens only when you are aware that you are in a
dream. It gives us a hint of what we are dreaming at that moment. We
are not bound to physical restraints during lucid dreaming–anything
is possible by our own imagination. Lucid dreams also is a gateway
in overcoming nightmares,sleep paralysis and solving problems.
Several known people have attributed their wealth and
accomplishments to lucid dreaming. It sounds too good to be true. I
had a episode of a lucid dreamscape early last month,when I dreamed
of scaling the walls of a ancient pyramid in the Aztec ruins. The
vines on top of the stone arches were intense lemon lime green as I
was running across. However,there was a passage long as miles on
this particular pyramid I was on that I also leaped and leaped
farther each step I took. It was endless because I was conscious in
my dream. I can go as far as pass the end of this exotic dreamscape.
I now offer a disclaimer off how to induce a OBE/astral plane and
lucid dreams. These are from personal experiences.
Before going to bed,tell yourself “I am not going to have sleep
paralysis”; and also repeat “I am going to have a lucid dream.” One
of the best ways of reducing a SP attack is to master your
bioenergy. To do this you must also learn to concentrate on your
breathing techniques and block out negative energy. You should be
able to relax your entire body by doing this. Yoga inspired exercises
if done properly will help you stay focused. So practice this
technique by joining a yoga class at your local gym. If there isn’t
any available ,then shop around for a meditation class in your
area. If you prefer to do this at home,there are both VHS and DVD
manuals of meditation/yoga from the popular workout video
format “The Firm.” I have this format on DVD,and I am getting the
benefits from practicing yoga at my own home.
Do wear loose clothing when performing meditation/yoga exercise. It
always help the feeling of not being in tight clothing,but rather in
loose fits that allows you to feel the comfort. Also,wear no shoes.
Barefoot is best.
When breathing, focus on by inhaling through your nose and exhaling
through your naval region. This area is your astral body and is
sensitive. Tip: Don’t exert through your breathing patterns. Count 1-
2-3 at a moderate pace. This helps relax the muscles. Remember
distractions dissuades you from concentration,so turn off all loud
noises around you including any loud music; start listening to soft
sounds of beach waves or nature scenes. If these are not
available ,then project in your visual image: you are on a nice
peaceful beach or on a isolated forest enjoying the scene. Remember
to inhale and exhale. Numerous studies shows that relaxing the
muscles when doing yoga have proven to reduce the chances of high
blood pressure/hypertension along with choosing a healthy eating
plan.
Keep in mind that there are also books and online classes available
in techniques of sleep paralysis,projective catalepsy,out-of-body
experiences and other related topics,researched and taught by
experts in altered state of consciousness.

“The Hand” Sleep Paralysis/Lucid Dreaming.

I could see the movement of my hand rising above my view which in reality my hands during a bout of sleep paralysis is much immobilized. I am the midst of a state of lucid dreaming when I am awake knowingly I am in a dream state right before or nearly in precision timing when I am about to awake.

Several years ago I tried to do an experiment to see if I can see my physical hands while in a lucid dream and the results subsequently that followed proved it. It was three quarter past three A.M. I ha no sleep since 7 A.M. the previous day. My body was exhausted, but anyways, experimental in sleep, half-wake I played a movie on DVD. I timed myself. I feel into sleep around 4:45 A.M. when knowingly I would drift into sleep paralysis and by stating “sleep paralysis” I am not saying the “sleep paralysis awakeness”but the normal sleep paralysis which everybody goes into REM paralysis that keeps us from acting out our dreams or else we all would unintentionally harm ourselves if we did act out our dreams called sleep walking, a very rare phenomenon for some.

Before I go on further about my experiment, here is a brief explanation of what muscle atonia is.

Muscle atonia that is not muscle tone, a feeling of being “numb” resulting from something in the brains secretion that produces a drug of anesthesia to relax the muscles and keeps on emitting in the body’s nervous central system. To that affect, the muscles are first becoming relaxed; and finally paralyzed. With the exception of the diaphragm, the muscles located under the lower ribs, right in the sternum region; this large muscle contracts inhaling and exhaling with the lungs. Other muscles in our body that is not paralyzed is our eyes, as they flutter hence is why it is called rapid eye movement serves as a purpose to locate a sequence of dreams. The throat muscles are too, not paralyzed. However, the vocal chords are limited to normal paralysis.

When we find ourselves in awareness, to know that freeze, paralyzed sensation of not being able to use the muscles, muscle atonia, that is called awareness sleep paralysis, and this is momentarily and causes no harm because of two things that either occur; 1) the secretions of those released hormones are not emitted completely to wear off, this is timing that occurs within a matter of seconds to several moments. I don’t know of anyone who had a prolong state of paralysis, though it must be very eerie that more it takes to wear off that paralysis. 2) The astral body(depends on a belief system) is floating to another dimension, space, into a positive gate or negative gate an your “soul” or ‘astral body’ has not completely return from a journey. It’s like a half away in between space and back into your own self. Astral Voyage, I did read some books on astral projection and used to come to me  naturally. Experts of the paranormal say it is usually genetic; I am not certain, nobody in my bloodline had or has awareness sleep paralysis or as Sylvan Muldoon coined being out of the body, “astral catalepsy.” Sensitive people are highly susceptible to sleep paralysis.

Back to  the experiment. That morning when I had the DVD in the play mode. I could vividly see both the actors and actresses in verbal speech and what they were doing. I also could see numbers. I can concur with this what Carl Jung’s time, synchronicity. He said about numbers are significant meaning to each individuals life and that are more than just a coincidence.

This episode I am referring to on here I would say it is taken as being a lucid dream. I know that I am moving a hand around my head, though it(hand) in essence is right aside of me. I can describe it like an apparition hand waving back in forth between my sight and the television. A ghost hand if you will. You might not think it is physically possible to move around a ghost hand, it is a subliminal level of consciousness picking up pieces of information just like patients at hospitals who have said to have a near death experiment(NDE) or were in a claimed “death experience”(flat lined) recorded by medical staff where the patients described in detail seeing everybody including floating above the ceiling and entering a tunnel seeing different people including God as they could only hear His voice talking to them.

I had one myself during anesthesia at a dental surgery back then to pull out overcrowded teeth. I was not dead, but my subliminal body felt as though I must of “died” on the operating table. It was blissful as though I did not want to return. Darn. I only came back to have a pair of dental assistants and of course the dental surgeon look at me in the face; they said I was “wheezing” which is why to be reassured one of them yelled out my name; they told me I looked “stone cold” dead. Staring at the light fixture above. Most of the time when I was “floating” I could see clouds and that gore and blood they vacuumed out with a tube.

Waving back in a swinging motion with this hand technique, I knew it was a lucid dream. I could see fluttering gas clouds standing on my right peripheral view was a robed figure had been in the room acting out as an observer.  I could not move my head around to face the right side but my senses picked up whoever it was had been here. I had on this mystical dream catcher over my bedside; so it was not an nightmare or else in legendary folklore that bad dream would be caught in the web. Still, the robed figure was still there. I could of snapped, “BOO! GO AWAY!” My vocals were paralyzed even though I tried to synchronize time to break off the paralysis. I could hear a faint, “Cccome ooover hheeere” slightly escaping my lips. My eyes were wide open. The tiny whispers of this robed figure assured my I’d be fine What? A subliminal message. Say what? I think it said , “They will come to get them.Be steady fast.” Nobody is coming to get who. And if so, whom? What the heck? I could only try to record whatever it said in a faint monologue. “Get them out. You must not sleep. Keep alert.” Something to best of my recollection about “downward spiral”? Next thing I knew was a source of red light outside the bedroom window “flashing” I know this because I had slept two nights before  with the shutters half open. When I awoke there was the lights flashing, a gigantic “eye” was hovering above the skyline. The sound of a diesel idling was parked outside. This was accompanied by a loud “Humming.” I became deaf momentarily afterwards; my cranium was crammed to the point of nearly exploding. Finally, I was able to regain my hearing. Was it a UFO? Cool, a UFO. I hopped out and dashed towards the window; the lights stopped. Nobody was out there. No UFO. No gigantic big eye in the sky. No diesel. Finally, I awoke. My goodness, a false awakening.

Where the figure stood, there was a “moist” to the floor on that very spot. With a flashlight I examined for any leaks. There was not a drop of water. No evaporation. Just almost directly across the room the previous year at that time an apparition of a sort of a young one watching me as I slept.

Anybody who has awareness sleep paralysis and wants to do this “hand technique” give it a try; you might find other ways of knowing sleep paralysis and lucid dreaming is more than meets the eye. You just might stimulate a subliminal “spirit” to come to you. Just an study; analysis of what I can make out of this. Maybe those numbers at the Starbucks painting was telling me a message. If anything paranormal: An encrypted warning.

No terrorist attack, I do not want find in this subliminal message. I don’t need another 9 1 1 telepathy.
